Me drawing by Theresia Zhang, 2022
Drawing is about searching and finding.
It is the basis of everything I do—a lifelong quest to constantly improve.
I love drawing and teaching drawing equally. Drawing is something everyone can do.

Instruction
I teach pop-up drawing classes in museums in Washington DC. Anyone of any skill level is welcome. I post the drawing classes on my calendar and on my Instagram.
Anyone can learn to draw. I know firsthand - because I had no natural ‘talent’ when I began. Drawing is a skill like anything else.
Drawing is about learning to trust one's eyes as the incredible instruments they are, discovering a new kind of eye-hand coordination. It’s about learning not to worry about making a mistake or a bad picture.
Erasers help us correct mistakes, and paper can be recycled.
